What to expect

• At the beginning of your appointment, your dentist can discuss your options and determine whether 'happy gas' would be a suitable option. You may request happy gas when you schedule your appointment, our team will be happy to answer any questions/concerns you may have.
  
• Before starting treatment, we will setup the 'Nitrous Machine' and you will be fitted with a 'nasal hood'. The machine will be calibrated to a level that you feel comfortable with.
  
• The appropriate ratio of nitrous oxide and oxtgen will be continuosly monitored throughout your appointment by our well-trained team.
  
• Once the dental treatment is complete, your dentist will close down the machine and you will be fully recovered within 5 minutes.

• It is one of the safest drugs used in dentistry as it leaves the body very quickly. After the appointment, you will be able to drive home safely.
